This Training Program will include a mileage calendar to keep you on track for the Bluegrass 10,000. Training starts Thursday, May 24th, and will be held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday until the race on July 4th. Additional and optional runs will be held on either Mondays or Fridays. Additional information for the optional runs and the mileage schedule will be given out at our first training run on May 24.
