Details

Volunteers are needed to arrive on site starting at 6 am to get trained for registration and should plan to stay until 730am.

You will be helping hand out race bibs to runners. You must be a good listener, able to follow instructions, and have an eye for detail. Wear comfortable, casual attire and sunscreen. You will be outside and may be lifting and moving boxes, chairs and table
Water and snacks will be available throughout the day.

Water Station High Priority

Volunteers are needed to arrive on site starting at 6 am and be prepared to stay until 9am

Volunteers are needed to set up and mange the hydration station for runners. This is one of the BEST volunteer positions. You get to see the runners up close, cheer them on, and provide badly needed refreshments.

Finish Line Food and Medals High Priority

Volunteers are needed to arrive on site starting at 630 am and be prepared to stay until 930am

Volunteers are needed to manage the finish line. This includes staging the after race refreshments, unpacking, and displaying medals, and handing out medals as finishers come back in.

Volunteers are needed to arrive on site starting at 6 am and be prepared to stay until 11am. Volunteers are needed to direct traffic, provide directions to volunteers, and manage the parking lot.
You will be responsible for making sure everyone is safe and going in the correct direction.

We will provide signs, safety vests, water and snacks.

Can't make it early in the morning? Help is needed starting from 9 am to 11am to break down the expo, move tables, chairs, and canopies to an area that they can be loaded into trucks. Throw away trash and check area for any debris left over from the race.
