Thursday:
3-4 PM: Check In at the House
4:30PM: Short Run
6PM: Welcome Dinner in Town
Friday:
7AM: Breakfast at the House
8AM: Pool Workout (Long Swim) with USMS coaches on deck
11:30: Lunch at the House
1PM: Medium Bike
3PM: OWS Clinic: Tips, Tricks, and Practice
6PM: Dinner On your Own
Saturday:
6AM: Breakfast at the House
7AM: Long Bike. Either one loop (56 miles) or 2 (112) Fully supported with SAG and Nutritional support. Guides available at varying paces for both distances. Transition run off the bike.
PM: Optional Pool Swim for those doing the shorter ride.
6PM: Dinner at the House
7PM: Guest Speaker
Sunday:
7AM: Breakfast at the House
8AM: Long Run (Varying distances depending on goal race) Nutrition support on course.
1PM: Brunch/Lunch wrap up in town.
