Silent Auction Fundraiser

The Silent Auction Fundraiser will be back for 2025.  Items up for bidding will be posted later this fall.  

  • You do NOT have to be a race participant to bid.

  • You do NOT have to be present to win; however, items WILL NOT be shipped and picking up the item will be the winning bidder's responsibility.  

  • Items will be on display and bids will accepted in the Oscar Scherer Park Nature Center beginning Friday, January 24th, 2025 until Saturday, January 25th, 2025 at 10 a.m.

  • At the end of bidding at 10 a.m. Saturday, the highest bidder will be notified (if not present, via phone) and winning bids can be settled by cash, check or credit card.  If payment is not secured within 24 hours, the next highest bidder will be notified and considered as the winning bidder.
