Fit for Life 5k Family Fun Run

Date & Starting Time: Saturday, February 17th, 2018 • 8 am

Start Location: Shreveport Convention Center, 400 Caddo Street, Downtown

Registration: $20.00 thru Feb. 4th, 

Feb. 5th – Feb. 16th.

Race-day $30.

Register Early!!   No shirts guaranteed to late registrants.

T-shirts & Race Packet Pick-Up: Every pre-registered participant will receive an original “Fit for Life/NBC6 5K Family Fun Run” t-shirt.

Packet pick up will be held at Sportspectrum,

Feb. 15th from 12 pm - 6:30 pm and

Friday, Feb. 16th from 10 am - 5:30 pm.

You may also pick up your packet on Race Day at the Race Site at 7 am.

Awards: Overall male & female winners will receive a trophy.

Additionally, 1st & 2nd place male and female in each of the age groups will receive an award.

Age Groups: 11-under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

Post Party: Stick around for awards, food and drinks after the race and check out the Health & Wellness EXPO inside the convention center. FREE admission to the Health & Wellness EXPO.

Special Note: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!
