Description
Join us for the Treasure Valley Tri, a Circuit-Style triathlon on a closed course along the river in Boise, Idaho. This community race is a charity event supporting adaptive sports across southern Idaho. Spectators welcome! Registration for this event is being limited to 350 participants to ensure the quality of the experience for all of our guests.

Swim Course - Brought to you by the Y, and Idaho River Sports
All distances start on the Beach at the North End of Quinn's Pond in Ester Simplot Park. Super- Sprint Participants will complete 1 lap of the abbreviated swim course, Highlighted in Blue.
Sprint and Olympic Participants follow the course marked in red with Olympic athletes completing two laps of the course.
The Olympic Course requires participants to exit the water and re- enter the water at the start of their second lap.
Bike Course - Brought to you by TriTown Boise
The Bike Course has been reconfigured to cut down on the number of laps required to complete the distance. Participants in the Super Sprint will be required to make one complete circuit of last years 2 mile Whitewater Blvd Loop before heading out for a single lap of the new 4 mile long Garden City Loop for a total of 6 Miles. Sprint athletes will complete 2 Laps of the Garden City Loop and Olympic athletes will complete 3 laps respectively.
Run Course - Brought to you by ...
The Run Course will consist of a 3k distance for the Super- Sprint, a 5k distance for the Sprint, and 10k course for the Olympic participants. The entirety of the run course will take place on the Greenbelt beginning at the Transition area and ending at our finish fair.
The Transition Area
The Transition Area has been reconfigured. Bikes will now be staged in a fenced area comprised of the road and parking areas within the park. Participants will stage their bikes based on their bib number and they will be required to have their bike number attached to their bike prior to entering the transition area.
Prior to the event, from 7-9am, athletes will be permitted to unload their equipment near the transition area. After unloading their equipment they will be required leave the park and find parking either in the neighborhood on the east side of Whitewater Blvd, or in the lot located at the south end of Quinn's Pond. No Parking will be available to participants within the park. Athlete needing adaptive considerations will be given a parking pass for the adaptive parking zone located near the entrance of the park.
