All donations will go to Youth and Family Link's P.E.A.C.E. (Prevention, Education, Awareness, and Community Engagement) Program. This Program is comprised of several prevention programs with a mission to encourage healthy, positive, and constructive community engagement, which results in a healthy lifestyle. Youth and Family Link partners with local youth-serving agencies and school districts to serve youth through mentoring and teen youth groups. Our program also works closely with the community to create drug awareness and harm reduction in Cowlitz County. The P.E.A.C.E. programs youth groups are comprised of Teen Tuesdays – Group for Change (Teen Tuesday), Teen Mentoring, and The Social Emotional Learning (SEL) groups.
All donations would be used to continue developing and implementing prevention campaigns, expanding groups, stipends for youth, feeding youth, and assisting in funding future efforts by all groups. This will include future prevention and community development efforts not mentioned above. None of these funds would be used on staffing, administrative costs, overhead costs, or anything else that doesn't directly help youth and families.
