Race Day Packet Pickup / Late Registration High Priority

Details

Come to Rockford Stadium on event day to help manage the packet pickup and late registration for the event. Responsibilities include set up of packet pickup, looking up bib numbers, handing out participant bib/shirt/packet, signing up new registrants, and clean up.

Course Marshal High Priority

June 15, 2024

Details

Course Marshals are placed along the course to help direct runners, and move cones/traffic barriers in place. Course marshals will also be responsible for reporting any course issues or injuries to race staff and medical. Volunteers must arrive at their post by 7:30 am and will be done when the last runner crosses their post. If in need of direction please come to the registration table at 7 am.

Free race entry may be used by the volunteer to participate in the 5k unless they are filling the roles of course marshal or aid station in which case they may give their race entry to another participant. This is a great option for spectators.

Place me in any volunteer spot on event day (June 15). Put your time frame availability in the notes between the hours of 6 am - 12 pm and we'll place you where we need you!

Friday Packet Pickup High Priority
