Expo

Expo Set Up

Details

Volunteers will assist in setting up all areas of the expo before packet pickup begins on Friday afternoon.

Expo Tear Down & Finish Line Setup

Details

Volunteers will assist in tearing down following the race expo on Friday afternoon. This crew will also assist in setting up the finish line in the same area (Heritage Landing).

Packet Pick Up

Details

Assist runners with getting bibs, shirts, and race information on Friday afternoon as well as on Saturday morning for any day-of pickups or registrations. This position does require a smartphone - volunteers will be using Run Sign Up app to check in runners as they pick up race packets.

Course

Course Marshals

Details

Course Marshalls will assist the runners / walkers along all three courses. Course marshals will be informed on race information, key concerns, and tasks for the position they are assigned when they pick up their safety gear.

Specific position locations will be assigned prior to race day and communicated to volunteers.

Course Setup

Details

After meeting at Heritage Landing, course setup volunteers will help in setting up directional signs, feather banners, aid station supplies, and other course materials along each of the routes the racers will be running along.

Course Teardown

Details

Following the completion of the race, course teardown volunteers will follow behind our participants to gather the course materials such as directional signs, feather banners, aid station supplies, and other course materials.
