Sub 5:00 milers (6:45pm)      5:00-5:59 milers (6:35pm)     6:00-6:59 milers (6:25pm)

7:00-7:59 milers (6:15pm)     8:00-8:59 milers (6:00pm)     9:00-9:59 milers (5:50pm)    

10:00+ milers (5:30pm)

You can run with any heat, but to keep the event moving and to keep runner groupings

Please try to run in the heat that best estimates your mile time.

Awards will be given by age group and will be calculated and distributed after the final heat.
